Winter is upon us

It is just a bit chilly outside. Not as cold as some folks further North, but colder than we are used to down here. But it is gloriously sunshiny! Is sunshiny a word? 🌅 Anyway, I walked around the garden this morning and it was quite lovely with the sun hitting the dew droplets on my broccoli and cabbage leaves. Listening to birds and watching the squirrels chase each other through the trees like children playing tag. I could feel Artie with me this morning. It was nice. I think he was probably worried that I had finally lost it walking around in my robe and house shoes in thirty degree weather but what else is new? 😀 He always knew I was a little off when it came to my relationship with my garden.
Sleep has been coming more easily and for this I am grateful. The audio files I am using are amazing. I fall asleep before I get to the end of them. They are done by Glenn Harrold and I recommend them completely. He has many different ones for whatever your needs are. They are more like hypnosis than meditation. I got mine from the Google play store for my phone and iTunes for my iPad.
I am learning how to use crystals better for healing and increasing the energy levels in our home. I found some beautiful ones on our trip to Branson that I am adding in to my collection. I am hoping the shine shine for a while to day so I can charge them. Some of my crystals I have had for years and they have been stuck away in a box. A few hours of sunshine should do the trick. The signs Arthur has been leaving us have been increasing more lately. I think the more focused on living I am the easier it is for him to come through. So I figured I needed to work on the house itself energy wise. I have always smudged but never really did much with the crystals. We will see how it goes. I should start posting a list of the signs..???

Even though it is cold out, go outside for even just a moment take a few deep breaths and take in what the earth has to offer. I promise it will do wonders for the soul. ☺️
